Individuals who are over the age of 60 or have first-degree family members in Israel are ineligible to apply for this visa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, the Israeli company that seeks a foreign expert must submit the relevant paperwork to the Department for Expert Workers.
